Once you approve the estimate, you will pay online using our secure payment portal (several payment methods are available), and we will order the items on your behalf...

All items will ship to a preferred receiver in your area. Or, if you are in Mexico, your estimate will be priced F.O.B. Laredo, TX and we will discuss separate delivery options.

We can essentially access anything you desire, but our core list of Vendor Partners are well known, quality USA vendors who are Trade-Only, meaning they only sell to interior designers and retail stores. These are furnishings you would not have direct access to as a member of the general public.

This is great for two reasons:

1) Your furnishings will be more unique than what is available to you from retail/online stores.

2) It is why we are able to negotiate on your behalf for the best pricing and allows us to offer discounts that will offset your import fees (IVA, Delivery Fees within Mexico) and "reasonable" tariffs.

Tariff wars are just that...wars...and they can change on a dime. We are very well versed in what's happening with the tariffs and are in constant communication with our vendors. Should a situation arise whereby a high tariff is unexpectedly added after you've placed an order, we can decide if you'd like to cancel your order and select a different item that isn't affected, or if you think the existing item is worth the additional cost we can proceed with your order anyway. We are used to dealing with these types of issues and can hold your hand through the process. 

NOTE: While many of our Vendor Partners are US based, there are quite a few who manufacture their products all over the world. In addition to these vendors, we also source MANY unique furnishings directly from artisans globally... especially from Europe, Asia and Africa.

As a professional interior designer, Jessie has 30 years of experience sourcing from high-end residential and hospitality vendors from all design categories. While Jessie's Buying Group gives you the power to make your own selections by sourcing through 50+ vendor websites on your own, this can become time consuming and overwhelming...especially if that isn't something you enjoy doing.

• All payments are due upon receipt, in full, before your order will be placed with the vendor(s).
• Invoice balances not paid after 10days will accrue 3% in late fees per day thereafter.
• Any products procured by Jessie's Buying Group (The LaFalce Group, LLC.) will be received by a third-party receiver.
• Receiver’s fees are separate and will be paid directly to the receiver by the client.
• Any Shipping and Delivery charges ARE SEPARATE and will be paid for directly by the client upon receipt of those invoices. No exceptions.
• Custom orders and many To-The-Trade vendor products are not  eligible for return unless damaged upon delivery. Should a piece arrive damaged or majorly flawed, The LaFalce Group, LLC. will file the proper claims on your behalf, after which a refund or credit with the vendor will be awarded. Each vendor’s policies are different and TLG cannot be held liable for their decisions  regarding product refunds,  replacements or returns.
