By registering for this retreat, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Payment & Refund Policy:

   • All payments are non-refundable, but may be transferable to another participant if approved by the retreat organizer.

   • If the event is canceled by the organizer due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

2. Travel & Accommodation:

   • Participants are responsible for arranging and covering their own travel to and from San Miguel de Allende, unless otherwise specified.

   • Details regarding included meals, lodging, and experiences are clearly outlined in the retreat information. Any additional costs incurred are the responsibility of the participant.

3. Health & Safety:

   • I acknowledge that I am physically and mentally capable of participating in all retreat activities, or will notify the organizer of any limitations.

   • I understand that participation is at my own risk, and I release the retreat organizers from any liability related to injury, illness, or loss during the event.

   • I agree to follow all local laws and safety guidance while in Mexico, including any health protocols in place at the time of the retreat.

4. Conduct & Community Standards:

   • I agree to conduct myself respectfully and professionally toward all retreat participants, guides, and hosts.

   • The organizer reserves the right to remove any participant from the retreat (without refund) for disruptive or unsafe behavior.

5. Media Release:

   • I understand that photos or videos may be taken during the retreat for documentation or promotional purposes.

   • By attending, I grant permission for my image to be used in future marketing materials, unless I submit a written request opting out prior to the retreat.

6. Assumption of Risk:

   • I understand that this is a lifestyle and cultural retreat that may involve walking, tours, or outdoor activities.

   • I assume full responsibility for my participation and understand the organizer is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay.

7. Agreement:

   • By submitting my registration and payment, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the above terms.
